Restorative Yoga (Any Level)

Stretch and Strength (Gentle 0) is a gentle practice with restorative yoga in the beginning and end, with strength building in between on the floor. No yoga experience needed. No standing yoga poses.

Chair Yoga is a gentle practice where poses will be done either sitting on the chair or using the chair for support. No yoga experience needed. This practice only accepts Silver Sneakers.

Stretch and Align Yoga (Gentle .5) is a slower paced flow, geared for those preferring a slightly gentler yoga practice without vinyasas (no planks or chaturangas). Linking breath awareness with mindful movement, you will flow in between and within postures to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Props and modifications are offered for proper alignment and ease in postures. Beginner friendly.

Slow Flow Yoga (Gentle 1)
You will work on the alignment of poses, while slowly moving, focusing on linking mindful breath with movement. This practice is suitable for beginners.

Yoga with Weights (Level 1 and up)
This practice will combine yoga with small weighted dumbells.

Yoga Flow / Flow Yoga (Level 1)
you will explore alignment, energy, and mindfulness that comes with a practice. You can expect to flow and experience the poses for an extended period of time. We will focus on foundational poses.

Align to Flow Yoga (Level 1) practice will flow with alignment and then with breath. The practitioner will build strength, flexibility, and breath to help their practice of foundational poses.

Warm Yoga Flow(Level 1 and up) is a practice where we turn the thermostat up to 80 - 85 degrees and flow through variations of sun salutations. Bring water and towel.

Vinyasa Yoga Flow(Level 1 and up) is a practice where we will flow through variations of salutations.

Align to Flow Yoga (Level 1.5) practice will flow with alignment and with breath. The practitioner will build strength, flexibility, and breath to help their practice grow and deepen. The practitioner should have knowledge of foundational yoga, be willing to try new poses, and be ready to deepen and strengthen their practice.

Align to Flow (Level 2) practice will flow with alignment and with breath. The practitioner will build strength, flexibility, and breath to help their practice grow and deepen. The practitioner should have knowledge of foundational yoga, be able to do a headstand/handstand (at wall), and be ready to deepen and strengthen their practice.

Men's Yoga (Level 1) practice is taught by a male instructor and is for men only.

Core (All Levels) is practiced with a yogic approach. It is a practice where repetitious movements are used to strengthen muscles, build endurance, improve mobility, and body awareness.

Restorative Yoga (Any Level) is a supported, conscious body/mind relaxation practice. No yoga experience required.

Beginner Yoga Series Workshop is a 5 week practice on Wednesdays at 6:45pm - 7:45pm. It is a great place to start. You will learn basic alignment and verbal cues. Each week we increase the amount of work, so that by the end of the series you can do a Sun Salutation.

Community Yoga Practice is for the community to attend and will be taught by our teacher training program. Come help the trainees gain experience. Each week will be different, as it will pertain to what the trainees are working on. This practice only is $5.
